RETURNS
Once you have received your order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you decide to make a return, simply write our customer service to notify us.
You do not need to state a special reason for making a return, however, the product must be in unchanged condition and in unopened packaging. In the event of a canceled purchase, you are responsible for the shipping back to us. As soon as we have received the return and checked the condition of the goods, we will refund you!
Please note though that returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry.
